Meet The Team

Collin

Collin is owner/operator at L+F! You’ll see him serving coffee almost every day behind the bar. He is known for his ability to remember your name (Even if he spells it wrong every time) and your order! When Collin isn’t behind the bar, you can find him on adventures with his wife, Kelsey, and his daughters, Murphy and Eadie.

Riley is L+F’s Director of Coffee and Head Roaster. This guy is a man of many talents! He’s not just an expert barista, he’s also a Semi-Pro Disc Golfer, an executive nerd, an accomplished dungeon master, a loving husband and cat father. Ask him about any of those and you’ll get an immediate soft smile and an awesome conversation.

MIAH

Miah AKA Mish AKA Little Miss Muscles is a ray of sunshine at the shop! We are so excited to have her on the team. When she isn’t pouring up latte art behind the coffee bar, you can find her at the gym working on her fitness or jamming out to Taylor Swift. Come on in and meet Miah!

Kelsey

Kelsey is known as the “adult supervision” for L+F. She handles administrative work for the team, but can also be found slinging coffee and awkward interactions. She is an avid reader and loves to talk books. When she isn’t at the shop, she is hanging out with her husband, Collin, and daughters, Murphy and Eadie.

gabe

Gabe has been lovingly named “The World’s Most Adorable Barista". Yes, we have the authority to make that call. Gabe loves to talk coffee, but when he isn’t behind the bar pouring beautiful latte art, you can catch him thrifting or writing music, he is an amazing musician and has A+ Barista Swag.

EMILY

Emily is our Disney queen! From working in Galaxy’s Edge to strolling through Diagon Alley, she’s been there! She is also our creative wild-card! Handmade jewelry? She makes it! Delicious cinnamon cakes? She bakes it! We love our Emily! Truly a delight!

Sarah

Sarah is our resident Rosetta Queen. Her latte art is second-to-none, but not only does she brew a beautiful cup, she cares so much about making quality coffee. Sarah serves with a lotta love and a little sass. Sarah’s love language is roasting you with her best friend-sults. Don’t worry, they come from a place of affection.

Alex is our resident know-it-all. Now… that might sound like a negative attribute, but trust us when we say he has fun facts about any and every topic. Come on in and test his knowledge, he’s a film and tv nerd, as well as an avid reader! When Alex isn’t behind the bar, you can find him hanging out in the shop working his other gig as a writer.
